Meisner’s Heritage Farm is now open year-round! We are very excited to be able to offer high quality produce and products on a continuous basis to our loyal customers. 

MHF now offers a wide variety of breakfast and lunch foods.  We use Boar's Head deli meats and cheeses as well as local eggs for our sandwiches. Our homemade soups and hot food selections are made fresh daily and will have you coming back for more! Order online, call 518-965-9279 or come on in to order.  

Our Kitchen/Bakery offers quite an assortment of fresh baked goods as well as a variety of homemade grab and go lunch and dinner options. There is always something new cooking so check back often.

"Happy Goat Hideaway" located on the back property of the farm market houses seven of our very special goats that love attention and lots of treats! Say hello to our gang when you visit!
